How do I view my photos online?

  • Visit cambridgecollege.reedgraduations.com.au
  • Click on ‘View and Order photos’.
  • Enter your reference code received when you either pre-booked your studio session or booked on the day. It will be in the format G151124CCxxx. Then click ‘go’
  • Your images will appear in a slide show format. Click ‘order photos’ to view images individually

How do I order my photos online?

  • Click on ‘View and Order photos’.
  • Enter your reference code received when you either pre-booked your studio session or booked on the day. It will be in the format G151124CCxxx. Then click ‘go’
  • Your images will appear in a slide show format. Click ‘order photos’ to view images individually
  • Once you have selected an image you choose your size as well as any affects or additions such as framing you require. All prices will be tallied as you go and include GST.
  • Click ‘add to cart’ you can then choose to continue selecting more photographs, or continue to checkout.

If you haven’t already done so, you will need to set-up an account with us. This way we can save your shipping address and contact details for any future purchases.

How do I view and purchase my presentation photos online?

  • Visit cambridgecollege.reedgraduations.com.au
  • Click on ‘Stage Photos’
  • Enter your reference code and click ‘go’:
    S151124CC001
  • All images from your ceremony will be visible in the order of certificate presentation. Select your image and then choose quantity.
  • Click ‘add to cart.

Do I need to make a booking to get my presentation photographs?

We take a photograph of every single graduate. A photo of every graduate is available to view immediately after the ceremony. To save time on the day click here to pre-book online

How do I register my photographic sitting?

  1. Visit cambridgecollege.reedgraduations.com.au
  2. Click on 'Pre book Portrait Session'
  3. Select your graduation date and time
  4. Take advantage of any special additional items desired
  5. Fill out the second panel with your details (these will be kept private)
  6. Press submit, your invoice will be generated

Do I get a specific appointment time when I book in my photos?

Due to time constraints, we can’t book in a specific time for your sitting. We suggest pre-booking online to avoid a long wait, but if you choose to book on the day make sure you arrive as early as possible to register at our customer service desk and have your studio portraits taken.  Please note that photography studios are open in the hours prior to your ceremony and we are happy to supply sample testamurs so you can have your photos taken prior to the ceremony.

Can I get my photos taken before/after the ceremony?

Our studios are available 1 hour prior to the ceremony.

How long before I receive my order?

Reed Graduation Services are dedicated to providing only the absolute highest level of quality. Your printed images will be thoughtfully re-touched, carefully packaged and delivered to your door or post office approximately 4 weeks after ordering.  Digital images are available online instantly after you place your order. Framed images can take up to 6 weeks due to the nature of creating custom frames.

Can my order be delivered overseas?

Yes, for most products. Framing, Certificate Frames and Plaques, however, can only be sent within Australia.

How is my order sent?

Your order is sent via Australia Post and is parcelled securely to avoid any damage.

What is a canvas print?

A canvas print is a photograph printed on textured artist’s canvas rather than traditional photo paper. Canvas is a high-quality material that which gives a similar effect of a painting.

Do I need to Pre-Order my Certificate Frame

While you can purchase your certificate frame on the day it is highly recommended you pre-purchase to take advantage of the following

  • Pick your frame up on your graduation day hassle free
  • Have your certificate framed by our experienced professional framing team
  • Special pricing when booking your studio portrait sitting or tickets (when applicable)

What happens if I cannot pickup my frame on graduation day?

We will make every effort to contact you if you haven’t picked up your frame towards the end of the allotted time on the day of your graduation.  If the frame hasn’t been picked up by the end of the day it can either be picked up form our Hallam office or posted at an extra charge.

Do I need to Pre-Order my plaque?

While you will be given the option to purchase your plaque on the day you will not be eligible for any special offers available online and will potentially have to queue when you should be enjoying time with your friends and family so we recommend your pre-order.

What happens once I've ordered my plaque?

Our experienced and friendly staff on site at your graduation ceremony will take a digital image of your plaque to be securely sent to our production facility in Victoria where your certificate will be accurately and faithfully replicated in your choice of finish.  Your plaque will arrive carefully packaged at your door or post office approximately 4 weeks after your graduation.

Postage

Digital Items do not attract a postage fee.

For physical items a  $15.00 postage fee is applied and covers delivery anywhere within Australia.

Overseas postage is calculated based on the product item and destination.
